Beacon Hill U12 Girls 2 - 4 Tendring Tornadoes

On a stunning Sunday morning, the Beacon Hill U12 girls faced off against Tendring Borough’s Tornadoes in an exciting home fixture. The sun shone brightly on the dewy pitch as both teams, known as top contenders in the league, clashed once more—Tendring eager to settle the score after their previous loss to Beacon Hill.

The match opened with intensity, both teams creating early opportunities. The Tornadoes took the lead after capitalizing on a set piece, but Beacon Hill quickly responded, making it 1-1. By halftime, the score was evenly tied at 2-2, promising an exhilarating second half. However, Tendring came out strong after the break, setting a brisk pace that left Beacon Hill momentarily on the back foot. Despite a spirited effort and several near-misses, Beacon Hill couldn’t convert their chances, and Tendring took advantage, securing a 4-2 victory.

It was a game full of skill and determination from both sides, but on the day, the Tornadoes’ grit saw them through.
